Operazione quando si consegna la patente di guida
Se hai commesso un reato nel traffico stradale, l'autorità ti invierà un avviso di multa chiedendoti di accettarlo entro due settimane.
- Se non lo fai, dovrai comunque consegnare la patente di guida. Hai solo la possibilità di opporti alla decisione entro queste due settimane.
- Se la decisione di imporre un'ammenda è giuridicamente vincolante, la patente di guida verrà consegnata all'autorità che ha emesso il divieto di guida. Tuttavia, puoi anche consegnare la patente al dipartimento di polizia competente.
- Se l'autorità di controllo responsabile non si trova nel tuo luogo di residenza o nella tua zona, puoi fare richiesta per far applicare la tassa di patente da parte dell'amministrazione cittadina, ad esempio.
- Puoi inviare la patente di guida all'autorità per posta o prenderla sul personale. La lettera di solito contiene informazioni su dove deve essere inviata la patente di guida.
- Non appena l'autorità ha ricevuto la patente di guida per la custodia, inizia il periodo di divieto di guida. Ciò significa che puoi comunque guidare la tua auto alle autorità per consegnare il certificato. Non ti è permesso di guidare verso casa in seguito.
