Windows: attiva Task Manager
Per aprire Task Manager, è sufficiente la combinazione di tasti "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Esc". Se ciò non riesce, il task manager viene disattivato da una modifica del sistema:
- Premere contemporaneamente i tasti [Windows] + [R] in modo da aprire la finestra "Esegui".
- Immettere qui il comando "regedit" e fare clic sul pulsante "OK". Se si conferma la domanda di sicurezza successiva con "Sì", viene avviato l'editor del registro.
- Aprire il seguente percorso nella barra di navigazione a sinistra: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System".
- Sul lato destro viene visualizzata la chiave "DisableTaskMgr". Fare doppio clic sul file, modificare il valore da "1" a "0" e confermare con "OK".
- Infine, chiudi la finestra e conferma la query con "Sì". Il Task Manager può essere richiamato nuovamente dopo un riavvio.
Altre soluzioni problematiche al task manager
- Riavvio: in determinate circostanze è presente solo un breve errore nel sistema, che può essere risolto da un riavvio.
- Malware: se nessuno dei due metodi aiuta, il task manager potrebbe essere bloccato da un virus. In questo caso si consiglia una scansione del sistema con Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
- Ripristino: in caso contrario, ti consigliamo di eseguire un ripristino del sistema.
