Usa la chiavetta USB come disco rigido, quindi funzionerà
Per impostazione predefinita, Windows riconosce le chiavette USB come supporti rimovibili. In questo articolo scoprirai come utilizzare i bastoncini come dischi rigidi e quali sono i vantaggi.
1. Grazie ai driver Hitachi: usa le chiavette USB come dischi rigidi
Se Windows riconosce la chiavetta USB come disco rigido e non più come disco rimovibile esterno, ad esempio è possibile partizionarla. Lo svantaggio: alcune chiavette USB funzionano solo come supporti rimovibili e si rifiutano di funzionare dopo la conversione. Ecco perché nell'ultimo paragrafo ti mostriamo come annullare le modifiche.
- Per convertire la chiavetta USB, è necessario un driver speciale e modificato. Hitachi offre un driver per mini dischi rigidi, che puoi usare anche per le tue chiavette USB.
- Scarica il driver e decomprimi il file ZIP in qualsiasi cartella.
- Se si fa doppio clic sul file "cfadisk.inf", si apre l'editor di testo. All'inizio della sezione "[cfadisk_device]" aggiungi la riga "% Microdrive_devdesc% = cfadisk_install, USBSTOR \ GenDisk" e salva il documento.
2. Installa il driver Hitachi per le chiavette USB
- Apri il Pannello di controllo e fai clic su "Gestione dispositivi" nella categoria "Hardware e suoni".
- Apri la voce "Guida" utilizzando la piccola freccia accanto ad essa e fai clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sulla chiavetta USB. Nel menu di scelta rapida, selezionare l'opzione "Aggiorna software driver".
- Fai clic su "Cerca il software del driver nel mio computer", quindi fai clic su "Da un elenco di driver di dispositivo".
- Utilizzare il pulsante "Supporto dati" per accedere al file INF appena modificato. Ignorare entrambi i messaggi che il driver non è firmato con "Sì" e "Installa comunque questo software driver".
- Ora collega la tua chiavetta USB al computer e verrà automaticamente riconosciuta come un disco rigido.
3. Annulla conversione: utilizzare nuovamente la chiavetta USB come chiavetta
Se si verificano errori o si desidera utilizzare normalmente la chiavetta USB, è possibile annullare l'installazione del driver:
- Apri Gestione dispositivi tramite il Pannello di controllo e cerca nuovamente la chiavetta USB in "Unità".
- Quindi fare clic con il tasto destro del mouse sulla voce e selezionare l'opzione "Disinstalla".
- Dopo aver rimosso il driver, scollegare brevemente la chiavetta USB dal computer e ricollegarla. Windows installa automaticamente un nuovo driver e reinserisce lo stick come disco rimovibile.
