Bevande di soia nel test: Vincitore alla Stiftung Warentest e Öko-Test
Stiftung Warentest ha testato 15 bevande alla soia nell'edizione di agosto 2018, dieci delle quali contengono calcio. Ti mostriamo sia i vincitori del test che gli affari sulle bevande alla soia.
Vincitore del test bevande alla soia senza aggiunta di calcio allo Stiftung Warentest
Nel test, Stiftung Warentest ha esaminato le bevande alla soia per il loro gusto e olfatto, tra le altre cose, e anche gli ingredienti e gli ingredienti discutibili hanno avuto un ruolo nel test. Gli esperti hanno anche testato se i batteri fossero contenuti e se la confezione e i suoi dettagli fossero di facile utilizzo.
- Il vincitore del test è il "Bio Soja Drink Natur" di Berief (grado 1.9). È un prodotto biologico senza calcio aggiuntivo. Con un prezzo di 1, 29 EUR al litro, è nel mezzo dei prodotti testati. I tester non sono riusciti a trovare batteri o sostanze critiche. Alcuni semi di soia erano persino rintracciabili.
- Il secondo posto è andato a tre prodotti con un punteggio di 2.1. Questi includono la bevanda biologica "Soia senza zucchero" di Provamel, anch'essa arricchita senza calcio, per 1, 99 euro al litro.
- I due vincitori del test delle bevande alla soia con (!) Calcio additivo: "Soya Light" di Alpro per 1, 89 euro al litro e "Milbona Bio Organic Soy Drink" di Lidl per 0, 95 euro di qualità biologica. Non erano in alcun modo inferiori al vincitore del test della Stiftung Warentest in termini di odore, gusto e sensazione in bocca.
Bevanda di soia al secondo posto è un suggerimento d'occasione nel test
Nel test, cinque prodotti hanno dovuto dimostrarsi per 0, 95 euro al litro, ma solo un affare è stato in grado di convincere i tester:
- Il "Milbona Bio Organic Soy Drink" di Lidl è disponibile in qualità biologica ed è il secondo nel test di tutte le bevande testate. Tra i prodotti con aggiunta di calcio, è anche il vincitore del test. Con un prezzo di 0, 95 euro al litro, è anche il prodotto più economico nel test con il miglior risultato.

Cinque prodotti difettosi: sostanze critiche trovate
Stiftung Warentest ha assegnato cinque prodotti con scarso risultato. Presentiamo qui i fanali posteriori con e senza aggiunta di calcio:
- Il "Bio Soja Drink Calcium" (grado: 5, 5) con arricchimento di calcio da dm ha preso l'ultimo posto. Soprattutto in termini di gusto e olfatto, il prodotto è passato per 0, 95 euro al litro.
- "Soia Bean Milk" di Drinho (grado: 4.8) è arrivato per ultimo nelle bevande alla soia senza calcio. Le sostanze critiche sono state particolarmente criticate. Ad esempio, gli esperti hanno trovato troppo clorato.
Test Öko: molte bevande alla soia con ingegneria genetica e contaminate con clorato
Nel 2015 la rivista di consumo Öko-Test ha anche testato 20 bevande a base di soia e, soprattutto, verificato se e quali inquinanti sono contenuti nelle bevande a base di soia. È stato anche verificato se è stata utilizzata l'ingegneria genetica.
- Quasi la metà di tutte le bevande alla soia testate ha ottenuto "Buono" o "Molto buono". I vincitori del test sono stati i prodotti "Bio Dinkel Natur" di Berief (1, 69 euro) e "Bio Haferdrink Natur" di Edeka (1, 49 euro) e "Rice & Rice Drink Natural" di Probios (2, 89 euro) e "Soja So Lecker Bio Naturell" (0, 95 euro).
- Il "Bio Naturell Drink" di Soja So Lecker e il "Soya Original + Calcium" di Alpro erano le uniche due bevande prive di OGM al 100%. Inoltre, è stato trovato troppo clorato in molte bevande alla soia.
