Schermo nero su TeamViewer: cosa fare?

La schermata nera indica che il servizio TeamViewer non funziona correttamente. Di seguito abbiamo messo insieme le soluzioni per te:
- Controlla se TeamViewer si trova nell'elenco delle eccezioni del firewall e possibilmente del software antivirus.
- Puoi anche provare a riavviare il computer remoto e quindi a riconnetterti. Per fare ciò, fai clic su "Riavvia il computer remoto" in "Azioni".
- Se hai ancora accesso diretto al computer remoto, puoi provare a terminare completamente TeamViewer e terminare il servizio "TeamViewer X" nella gestione del servizio ("Start"> "Esegui"> "services.msc"). Quindi avviare TeamViewer e ristabilire la connessione.
