Esporta i contatti di Outlook: come funziona
Se passi da una versione precedente di Outlook a una nuova, puoi esportare i tuoi contatti. Di seguito sono riportate due istruzioni per le rispettive versioni di Office.
Outlook 2010 e 2013
- Avvia Outlook sul tuo computer e fai clic su "File" nel menu in alto a sinistra.
- Seleziona la voce "Opzioni" lì.
- Fai clic su "Avanzate" sul lato sinistro.
- Sotto l'intestazione "Esporta" troverai un pulsante con lo stesso nome.
- Selezionare la voce "Esporta in file" dall'elenco e fare clic su "Avanti".
- Nell'elenco successivo, seleziona la voce "Valori separati da virgola (Windows)" e fai clic su "Avanti".
- Ora seleziona la cartella "Contatti" e fai di nuovo clic su "Avanti".
- Selezionare un percorso di file in cui salvare il file, fare clic su "Avanti" e quindi su "Fine".
Outlook 2003 e 2007
- Avvia Outlook sul tuo computer.
- Fai clic su "File" in alto a destra nel menu.
- Qui si seleziona la voce secondaria "Importa / Esporta".
- Si apre una nuova finestra in cui è possibile trovare un elenco di tipi di archiviazione. Seleziona "Esporta in file" qui e fai clic su "Avanti" (vedi immagine).
- Ora fai clic su "Valori separati da virgola (Windows)" e di nuovo su "Avanti".
- Seleziona qui la cartella "Contatti" e fai di nuovo clic su "Avanti".
- Definire un percorso del file in cui salvare il file, quindi fare clic su "Avanti" e "Fine".
