Contrariamente ai lettori MP3 convenzionali, l'iPod funziona meglio nell'ambiente iTunes. Se il programma ti impedisce di espellere il tuo iPod, ti mostreremo varie soluzioni ai problemi nei seguenti passaggi.
- Controlla se il tuo iPod è ancora sincronizzato o se è ancora attivamente collegato a iTunes. In tal caso, attendere il completamento della sincronizzazione.
- Se hai attivato il tuo iPod come volume o disco rimovibile, devi espellerlo manualmente al di fuori di iTunes nel sistema:
- Se stai lavorando su Mac OS, vai a Finder. Seleziona lì l'iPod e scegli "File"> "Disattiva il tuo iPod".
- Sotto Windows troverai l'iPod quando vai nel "posto di lavoro". Quindi fai clic destro su iDevice e seleziona "Espelli".
- Se non funziona, assicurati di non aver aperto i file nella libreria di iTunes tramite un altro programma. Agli scanner antivirus e ad altri lettori musicali piace accedervi. In tal caso, chiudere l'altro software e quindi espellere l'iPod.
