La connessione Bluetooth non funziona: escludere i fattori di interferenza
Se non è possibile stabilire una connessione Bluetooth, non c'è necessariamente un difetto nel dispositivo o un'impostazione errata. Quindi prima assicurati che
- non ci sono oggetti metallici tra il tuo iPhone e il dispositivo partner che potrebbero interferire con il segnale Bluetooth.
- la distanza tra il tuo iPhone e il dispositivo partner è inferiore a 10 m.
- non ci sono dispositivi come router WLAN, forni a microonde, telefoni wireless che funzionano nella gamma di 2, 4 GHz nelle immediate vicinanze, in quanto sono in grado di interferire in modo significativo con la connessione Bluetooth.
La connessione Bluetooth tramite iPhone non funziona: ricollegare i dispositivi
Se non è stato possibile risolvere i problemi di connessione con il controllo precedente, eseguire un nuovo accoppiamento tra iPhone e dispositivo partner:
- Apri il menu delle impostazioni del tuo iPhone e assicurati che la modalità aereo sia disattivata: l'interruttore a scorrimento "Modalità aereo" deve essere sulla sinistra (pulsante grigio). Quando la modalità aereo è attivata, l'iPhone non trasferisce i dati.
- Se necessario, rimuovi il dispositivo partner dall'elenco dei dispositivi noti sul tuo iPhone. Per fare ciò, toccare la voce "Bluetooth" e quindi il simbolo di informazioni blu (una "i" in un cerchio) a destra del rispettivo nome del dispositivo.
