Convertire il divieto di guida: in questi casi è possibile
A chiunque può essere vietato guidare. La situazione è particolarmente problematica quando è necessaria la patente per il proprio lavoro. In determinate condizioni, un divieto di guida può quindi essere convertito in un'ammenda.
Convertire il divieto di guida: la decisione è a discrezione del giudice
Al fine di convertire un divieto di guida in una multa, è necessario fornire validi motivi.
- Secondo la sezione 4 (4) dell'ordinanza sul catalogo delle ammende (BkatV), è possibile convertire il divieto di guida contro un ragionevole aumento dell'ammenda. La dimensione dell'ammenda dipende dai fatti.

- Punti a Flensburgo
- Ripetere i trasgressori (ulteriore divieto di guida negli ultimi 24 mesi)
- più di un mese di divieto di guida
