Excel: crea analisi ABC - come funziona
Se vuoi fare un'analisi ABC, Excel può farti risparmiare un sacco di lavoro. In questo suggerimento pratico, ti mostreremo come creare un'analisi ABC in pochi passaggi.
Primi passi: crea analisi ABC in Excel
In questo esempio creiamo una classica analisi ABC. I prodotti sono misurati in base alla percentuale delle vendite totali. I prodotti A hanno una quota di valore dell'80%, i prodotti B il 15%, i prodotti C solo il 5%.
- Per prima cosa inseriamo i nostri dati e quindi creiamo la base dell'analisi ABC.
- La colonna A contiene i nomi dei singoli prodotti, la colonna B i dati di vendita assoluti (vedi foto).
- Nella colonna A, i valori sono anche riassunti nell'ultima cella. Per questo usiamo il comando "= SUM (B2: B6)".
- Sulla base dell'immagine puoi capire molto meglio le fasi di calcolo nel prossimo paragrafo.
Excel: crea analisi ABC
- Contrassegna la prima e la seconda colonna (A e B) e fai clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sull'area contrassegnata. Nella categoria "Ordina", seleziona l'opzione "Ordina per dimensione (crescente)". Nota: non contrassegnare il totale nella colonna A.
- Nella colonna C ora calcoliamo il fatturato percentuale dei prodotti. Immettere il comando "= B2 / $ B $ 7" nella cella C2. Quindi fare clic sul campo C2 e fare doppio clic sul quadratino in basso a destra del campo.
- Nella colonna D calcoliamo ora il fatturato cumulativo. Scrivi il comando "= C2" in D2 e il comando "= D2 + C3" nella cella D3. Quindi fare di nuovo doppio clic sul quadrato nel campo D3.
- Dopo le percentuali nella colonna C, ora puoi inserire le singole classi A, B e C nella colonna E.
- Nota: se si ottengono numeri decimali anziché percentuali, contrassegnare i campi e fare clic sul simbolo percentuale nella parte superiore della barra dei menu.
