Carenza di ferro: cause - non solo la dieta è la colpa

- Riduzione dell'assunzione di ferro: carne rossa e pesce sono le migliori fonti di proteine. Vegetariani e vegani evitano questi alimenti e quindi soffrono di carenza di ferro più spesso. Anche le verdure come gli spinaci contengono molto ferro. Tuttavia, il corpo non è in grado di assorbire il ferro dalle verdure così come dalla carne e dal pesce. Gli alimenti contenenti ferro sono quindi particolarmente importanti.
- Diminuzione dell'assorbimento di ferro da parte dell'organismo: se l'acidità di stomaco è insufficiente, ciò interferisce con l'assorbimento del ferro. Un'ulcera gastrica o duodenale può anche essere responsabile. Anche la celiachia o le malattie croniche intestinali come la malattia di Crohn o la colite ulcerosa ostacolano l'assorbimento dell'elemento traccia. - Fase III: se non viene trattato nella fase II della carenza di ferro, segue la fase III. La carenza di ferro è ora così pronunciata che molte funzioni corporee sono significativamente limitate. La mancanza di ossigeno porta a mal di testa, affaticamento cronico e disturbi del sonno. Le persone colpite sono svogliate e pallide. La perdita dei capelli continua, le unghie diventano fragili. Si può anche verificare mancanza di respiro. Lo stadio III è classificato come una malattia pericolosa. In ogni caso, farti esaminare da un medico.
