Recentemente sono state notate sempre più e-mail e siti Web di phishing, che dovrebbero indurre gli utenti di Amazon a divulgare i propri dati personali. Ecco come proteggerti da tali tentativi di frode.

Poiché le e-mail e le pagine di phishing hanno spesso un aspetto diverso, ovviamente non esiste un identificatore universale. Ma i seguenti punti ti aiuteranno a smascherare il phishing:
- Prestare attenzione al mittente e all'indirizzo del mittente. Il mittente e il dominio spesso differiscono dalle e-mail originali.
- Controlla l'e-mail o il sito Web per errori di battitura e grammaticali e controlla il layout. Ma tieni presente che anche i testi perfettamente progettati e una struttura autentica non sono garanzia di contenuti sicuri.
- Guarda i dettagli dell'email. In Gmail, ad esempio, fai clic sulla piccola freccia sotto il mittente. Nel caso di un'e-mail originale da Amazon, "Firmato da: amazon.de" deve apparire qui - puoi vederlo nello screenshot a destra. Se non viene visualizzata alcuna firma, la posta è quasi certamente una truffa.
- Se ti trovi su un sito Web, assicurati che l'URL nella parte superiore del browser sia corretto. Finché sei nel dominio amazon.de non ti può succedere nulla.
- Utilizza la protezione antivirus in tempo reale e attiva la funzione "Navigazione sicura" nel tuo browser. Questo ti avviserà di siti fraudolenti.
- Se scopri un sito di phishing, dovresti segnalarlo. In questo modo puoi impedire ad altri utenti di rimanere intrappolati dai truffatori.
- Se non sei ancora sicuro che la pagina o l'e-mail provenga effettivamente da Amazon, puoi contattare il servizio clienti Amazon.
