Proteggi le celle in LibreOffice
In LibreOffice, le celle possono essere protette da modifiche accidentali. Per fare ciò, seguire i passaggi seguenti.
- Seleziona l'opzione "Proteggi documento" nella voce di menu "Strumenti" e fai clic su "Tabella".
- Se inserisci una password, il documento può essere modificato solo se lo sblocchi inserendo la password. Tuttavia, la password è facoltativa: puoi anche semplicemente proteggere le celle senza impostare una password.
- Se confermi il processo facendo clic su "OK", tutte le celle del documento saranno protette. Tuttavia, puoi anche selezionare alcune celle che possono ancora essere modificate.
- Per fare ciò, contrassegnare tutte le celle che non dovrebbero essere interessate dalla protezione. Quindi seleziona la voce "Formato" nel menu e fai clic su "Celle".
- Rimuovere il segno di spunta sotto "Bloccato" sotto la protezione della cella e confermare con "OK".
- In alternativa, puoi fare clic su "Nascondi formula" per nascondere tutte le formule per proteggerle dalle modifiche. Se si fa clic su "Nascondi per la stampa", tutte le celle verranno comunque visualizzate nel documento, ma non per una stampa.
Proteggi il documento dalla visualizzazione non autorizzata
Tuttavia, il processo sopra descritto non rappresenta una protezione sicura completa, poiché la protezione del documento può essere rimossa convertendola in un altro documento.
- È più sicuro salvare in formato OpenDocument con protezione tramite password. Per fare ciò, seleziona "Salva con nome"
- Quindi selezionare la casella "Salva con password".
- È quindi possibile impostare una password che deve essere inserita ogni volta che si apre il file.
