Se si inserisce un'ora in una cella in Excel, Excel lo riconosce automaticamente e formatta la cella di conseguenza. Con un clic destro sulla cella, è possibile utilizzare il comando "Formato cella" per adattare il display alle proprie esigenze. Puoi calcolare i tempi e convertirli in ore:
- Per convertire un orario, ad esempio nella cella A1, in ore, inserisci la seguente formula: "= A1 * 24". Il risultato è il numero di ore trascorse da mezzanotte, ovvero le 0:00 del mattino, all'ora specificata.
- Ad esempio, è possibile calcolare la differenza tra due volte in ore. Per specificare il numero di ore tra un'ora nella cella A1 e un'ora nella cella A2, immettere la formula "= (A2-A1) * 24".
- Ad esempio, puoi facilmente calcolare le ore lavorative per ogni giorno. Se necessario, è possibile immettere un intervallo di interruzione nella cella C1 che non deve essere incluso nel calcolo. La formula è quindi: "= (A2-A1-C1) * 24"
